Album Info:While out railfanning on March 13th, 2008 in Fridley, MN, I happened to see something I have never heard of before. Instead of going around the crossing gates, a car drove THROUGH them in front of an approaching train, taking the whole arm off. I assumed the crew told the proper person, but I also called in just to make sure. I kinda wonder what happened, because, wow...

Description:  Seconds before I took this picture a small, blue car drove through the crossing gate arm on the left, pulling it off and onto the track in front of this Westbound. If you look close enough you can see the arm right in front of the plow.
