Description:  The Empire Builder pases the Xcel Energy High Bridge Plant, which a couple days ago had a smokestack a couple hundred feet tall, the pieces of which remain in front of the white building. The stack was demolished since the plant has converted from coal to natural gas, eliminating rail service.
